Release: Sync Your TFA Schedule to Your Calendar

Players, parents, and coaches can now add their TFA schedule to Google Calendar, Apple Calendar, or Outlook right from the iOS and Android apps.

• Your schedule, not the whole club’s. The calendar link is personal to your profile, so it shows your own bookings and your teams’ events instead of every booking your organization takes.

• Set it up yourself. Find it in the Schedule tab. No admin has to generate a link for you.

• iPhone: works with Apple Calendar, Google Calendar, and Outlook.

• Android: works with Google Calendar and Outlook. Google Calendar may need a quick step on the web, so you can copy or email yourself the link.

• Push still handles changes. Calendar apps refresh subscribed calendars on their own schedule, so TFA push notifications remain the fastest way to hear about a cancellation or time change.

Who it helps: families and players who plan their week around school, work, and other activities and want practices and lessons in the same view, without retyping them.
