Release: Coaches Can Now Manage Their Own Availability from iOS

iOS 5.6.5 is live in the App Store. The headline: coaches no longer need to route every schedule change through an admin. They can set and adjust their own booking availability right from their phone.

Coaches can now manage their booking availability directly from the iOS app:

  • Weekly hours — set the recurring times they're available to be booked.

  • Date-specific overrides — block off a day, add a one-off window, or adjust hours for a specific date without touching the weekly pattern.

That means a coach who's out next Thursday, or picking up extra lesson slots this weekend, can reflect it themselves in seconds.

Right from the Schedule tab

Availability settings are now reachable directly from the Schedule tab, so managing when you can be booked lives in the same place you check your day. No digging through settings.

Why this matters

This is a real step forward for managing your facility from your phone. Until now, availability changes usually meant a coach messaging an admin and an admin making the edit — a small task that adds up across a full roster of instructors.

Putting availability in the coach's own hands cuts the back-and-forth between admins and instructors, keeps the booking calendar accurate, and means fewer missed or double-booked slots because someone's availability was out of date.
