We shipped option-based pricing for registrations. Organizations can now offer one program with clear, priced choices — without creating a separate registration for every combination.

One registration, multiple priced choices

Organizations can now offer a single registration with multiple priced options: position, duration, add-ons, or whatever your program actually varies on.

This eliminates the "nine registrations for one program" workaround. Instead of duplicating a registration for every combination and naming them things like "Fall Soccer — GK — Half Season," you build one registration and let families choose within it. Admin views stay clean and scannable.

The difference shows up at scale. An organization with hundreds of players across dozens of teams manages one registration link instead of a folder of near-identical ones. Installment plan options attach to that single registration. And at reconciliation time, there's one export rather than a stack of files to stitch together.

A simpler setup experience for admins

Options are configured directly in the guided create-offering flow. You define and organize your pricing choices as part of setup — no jumping to a separate configuration screen afterward.

Clearer enrollment for families

During enrollment, families see the available choices and their prices up front. They understand what they're selecting and what they'll be charged before they complete checkout, which is where price confusion usually turns into a support email or a refund request.

What's coming next

Option-based pricing is the base layer for connecting camps to registration. It's the groundwork that will let us offer bundled multi-week selections and sibling discounts applied at the point of enrollment. Those aren't available yet — but that's the direction we're building.
