How to reset your portal password

If you’ve forgotten your portal password, you can set a new one using the email address on your account. The reset flow checks your email and signs you in after your new password is saved.

Start a password reset

1. Open your club’s portal and select Log in in the top-right corner.

2. Select Set or reset password.

3. Enter the email address on your account.

4. Select Send Code.

Enter your account email to request a password-reset code.

Set your new password

1. Check your inbox for the reset email and follow the instructions to continue.

2. Enter a new password with at least eight characters.

3. Enter the same password again in the confirmation field.

4. Save your new password. When the reset succeeds, the panel closes and you’re signed in.

Enter the reset code and your new password, then select Update Password.

If the reset email doesn’t arrive

1. Check your spam or junk folder.

2. Make sure the email address is spelled correctly and matches your account.

3. Select Resend email on the reset screen to request the email again.

Note: You’ll need access to the email address on your account to use this reset flow. Never share your password or reset code with anyone.
