Release: A Better Feed & Android Schedule

A Cleaner, More Flexible Feed

Your Feed is where your community actually pays attention, so we tightened up how posting works. This release fixes attribution, gives you control over who a post comes from, upgrades video, and smooths out the whole flow — with mobile posting and richer formatting right behind it.

Posts are attributed correctly now

Feed posts are no longer authored by "Training Collections." Posts now show the right author, so what your members see reflects who actually posted — no more confusing or generic attribution.

Choose to post as an admin or as the organization

You can now decide whether a Feed post comes from you as an admin or from the organization itself. Sometimes a message should feel personal, coming from a specific coach or director; other times it should read as an official note from the club. Now that's your call, post by post.

Full-screen video playback

Videos in Feed posts now play full screen. Highlight clips, drill demos, and event recaps get the screen real estate they deserve, so your members actually watch instead of squinting at a thumbnail-sized player.

A smoother posting flow

We reworked the overall posting flow to make creating a Feed post faster and more intuitive — fewer snags between having something to say and getting it in front of your community.

Your Schedule, Now in Your Pocket on Android

We recently gave bookings a real home on the web with the Schedule tab. Now that same Schedule tab is available on Android — so you can see what's happening today without reaching for a laptop.

The Schedule tab, now on Android

The Schedule tab is now in the Android app. Everything on your calendar for the day is right there on your phone:

  • Color-coded events so you can read your day at a glance — what's a lesson, what's a class, what's a rental — without tapping into each one.

  • Your bookings in one place, matching the web experience you're already using.

For coaches and directors who run their day from the field, not a desk, this is the difference between knowing your schedule and hunting for it.

Building toward the full picture

This is part of the same foundation we started on web: bookings first, with team schedules coming next so everything on your calendar lives in one view — on desktop and on mobile.

Coming soon

This is the foundation for more Feed improvements already in the works:

  • Posting to Feed from mobile — create posts on the go, not just from a desktop.

  • Improved formatting — lists, bold text, links, and more, so your posts can be as clear and structured as they need to be.

How to access this

  • Update your mobile app version!

The Futures App is the all-in-one platform built for youth and travel sports organizations. We help coaches, club directors, facility owners, and independent trainers run their entire operation from a single app — so they can spend less time on administration and more time developing players.

The platform combines everything a modern sports organization needs: player development tools for tracking video, metrics, and drills; facility and booking management with real-time availability; payments and registration for memberships, teams, camps, and bulk invoicing; team communication through structured channels and direct messaging; and professional website hosting built for sports organizations.

The Futures App is used by clubs, academies, and training facilities across baseball, softball, basketball, soccer, volleyball, lacrosse, football, and more. Whether you're running a 200-family travel club or a single-sport training facility, the platform is designed to grow with your organization.
