One Login for Every Org You Belong To — and More

This release smooths out three of the everyday moments that used to create friction: signing in when you're part of more than one organization, using the benefits you've paid for, and keeping an external calendar current. Here's what's new.

One login across every organization

If you belong to more than one organization on TFA — a coach who works with two clubs, a family with kids in different programs — you no longer need separate accounts to match.

A single email and password now gets you into all of your profiles. And you can switch between profiles across organizations right from the Portal and the iOS app. One login, all your orgs, a couple taps to move between them.

Benefits, front and center in the Portal

We've added a Benefits area to the Portal. Authenticated users can now see their active benefits — the memberships, credits, and packages they're entitled to — and click straight through to book the service those benefits apply to.

It closes the gap between having a benefit and using it: no wondering what's included or how to redeem it, just see it and book it.

Sync your schedule to an external calendar from Admin

Admins can now share their schedule as an external calendar subscription. Subscribe once from Apple Calendar, Google Calendar, or Outlook, and your TFA schedule stays current there automatically as things change — no manual re-exporting.

One note: this is a subscribe-only feed — it keeps your external calendar in sync with TFA, but edits made in that external calendar won't change anything back in TFA. TFA stays the source of truth.

How to access this

These updates are live now — the multi-org login and Benefits area in the Portal and iOS, and schedule sync in Admin. No update needed beyond having the latest iOS version. Not on TFA yet, or have questions? Contact us or reach out to your rep.
