Release: Multiple Payment Plans per Registration

Admins can now offer several installment plans on one registration, and families pick the plan that fits before they enroll.

• More than one plan per registration. Create several installment plans and attach each one to the price points it applies to.

• Plans that match each price. A plan for a single price point can use exact dollar amounts. A plan that covers different prices uses percentages, so every family’s schedule adds up to the right total.

• Families choose. In Portal, families pick their registration option, then choose between paying in full and the plans available for that option.

• The full schedule up front. Families see every payment date and amount before they select a plan.

• Current enrollments stay put. Editing plans doesn’t change the schedule for families who already enrolled.

Who it helps: clubs with team dues or programs at different price points, and families who want a payment schedule that fits their budget.
